Join us at our first event of 2018 as we take a TOBY tour!  At this event, you will be guided on a tour of the 2017 TOBY Award Winning 200 Spectrum Center.  Bringing downtown style to Orange County’s most vibrant city center, 200 Spectrum Center modernizes the Irvine Spectrum skyline and reflects the energy of forward-thinking brands.  The passion for planning has been centered around the lifestyles of those who live, work and play.  On-site amenities include state-of-the-art conference center, KINETIC fitness center , The Commons, an outdoor workspace with Wi-Fi, soft seating and shade structures, Matisse Bistro, dry cleaning lockers , EV charging stations and bike share.    This tour will provide insight to attendees on how a Class-A high-rise building operates each day and how advancements in the Building’s staff and operations lead to a successful TOBY application process.  Topics will include unique aspects of the building and its operations, including: Tesla Hybrid Electric system, Central Plant operations, Customer Community Events, and it’s unique amenities.  Do not miss a chance to explore one of the tallest buildings in Orange County!

Registration Policy

Registration is guaranteed on a first come first serve basis and must be accompanied with payment.  Early Bird Rate ends three (3) business days prior to event.  Online registration ends two (2) business days prior to event. Cancellations must be made by 5:00 PM Friday prior to event to qualify for refund.
