Lunch & Learns
Lunch & Learns provide an opportunity for industry professionals to learn from experts and exchange ideas on topics of interest in the commercial real estate management field, such as incorporating sustainability into building operations, tenant improvements and capital expense projects, relevant litigation and working with tenants in distress. 
 
Seminars
One of BOMA’s most acclaimed strengths is the organization’s talent for putting together groups of speakers and panelists whose collective experience and knowledge shine light on the issues at hand. 
 
Asset Management Series (for Property Managers)
The Asset Management Series is targeted for commercial real estate property managers with 3-5 years’ experience. The courses are designed to help property managers better understand the function of the asset manager in order to be more valuable to the entire commercial team, from owner on down.  
 
Foundations of Real Estate Management
Foundations of Real Estate Management is a soup-to-nuts, 5-module, 28-hour entry-level course, covering the fundamentals of commercial real estate administration, management, building systems, accounting and reporting, contract management and more.
 
e-Learning
BOMA offers online education in the form of e-seminars and webinars which address a full range of industry issues and qualify participants for continuing professional development credits for the renewal of industry designations.
 
Young Leaders Series
The Young Leaders Series links the next generation of commercial real estate leaders, 35 years of age or under, with their peers and top industry professionals.
 
Professional Designations
Courses for RPA, FMA and SMA professional designations are offered through BOMI International, an independent institute for property and facility management education.
 
Scholarship Opportunities
The Carol Powell Memorial Scholarship Program was established to encourage and promote the attainment of higher education by BOMA Orange County members. The scholarship provides a manager with $1,000 towards their choice of BOMI tuition, BOMA Orange County General Program admission, Young Leader membership or BOMA International “Every Building Conference & Expo” admission.
