BOMA Orange County Cancellation Policy Registration for Building Owners and Managers Association of Orange County (BOMA OC) events and educational courses are secured upon receipt of payment. In general, event registrations cancelled after 12:00 PM (PST) four business days prior to the event will not be refunded. Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) course registrations cancelled more than 10 business days prior to the course, will receive a partial refund, subject to costs incurred by BOMA OC. For BOMI course registrations cancelled less than 10 business days prior, may receive a partial refund, subject to costs incurred by BOMA OC. Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows will be given no refunds. BOMA OC reserves the right to modify is cancellation policies as deemed necessary.
