List of Members as of June 2010
While membership dues expenses are increasing at the international and state levels, BOMA ORANGE COUNTY DOES NOT ANTICIPATE PASSING THESE INCREASES TO CURRENT MEMBERS WHO RENEW THEIR DUES FOR 2011.
We will begin emailing renewal notice invoices for 2011 membership on October 1, 2010. Please know we no longer send renewal notices via post mail.

Below are the 2011 membership dues.
PRINCIPAL MEMBERS DUES
Principal Members shall be limited to firms and/or individual representatives who are real estate owners, managers, developers, investors, licensed real estate brokers and associates, leasing/marketing agents, corporate real estate professionals, facilities managers, building engineers, and all others involved in owning, managing, developing, investing, leasing or controlling real estate property.
1 Member $935 each
2-4 Members $835 each
5-9 Members $710 each
10-15 Members $635 each
15 + Members $560 each
All Principal Members will be recognized by BOMA International.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS DUES
Associate Members shall be limited to firms and/or individual representatives who provide products and services in and for the real estate industry.
$960 (includes first 2 reps)
$510 (for each additional rep)
The primary Associate Member will be recognized by BOMA International.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERS DUES
Professional Members shall be limited to firms and/or individual representatives engaged in accounting, appraisal, architecture, consulting, design, finance, law or other professional services in and for the real estate industry.
$960 (includes first 2 reps)
$510 (for each additional rep)
The primary Professional Member will be recognized by BOMA International.

If you renew your 2011 membership dues before October 15, 2010, you will receive 400 additional BOMA Bucks to use at the Tabletop Tradeshow & Luncheon silent auction on October 28, 2010. Remember, you can use your BOMA Bucks to bid on items such as gift cards, tickets to sports games, weekend getaways and more!
