BOMA Orange County will recognize its outstanding members and The Outstanding Buildings of the Year (TOBY) at its Annual Awards Dinner and Holiday Celebration on Friday, November 20, 2009. This year’s group of exceptional industry leaders and BOMA Orange County standouts include:
THE OFFICE BUILDING OF THE YEAR
Also recognized at this year’s Awards Dinner will be those buildings that participated in The Outstanding Buildings of the Year (TOBY) competition. The TOBY award is the most prestigious and most comprehensive program of its kind in commercial real estate. It is the only national competition that awards excellence in building management. BOMA does not award buildings merely for facets of a building’s operations. Rather, the building is thoroughly evaluated based on its amenities package, tenant relations program, community involvement, emergency evacuation procedures and overall exceptional services.
