Thank you for your interest in joining the Building Owners and Mangers Association of Orange County (BOMA OC). BOMA OC values its members and provides them opportunities to excel in their profession through education, networking and social events, as well as platforms to exchange ideas, information and services within the real estate industry. It is more than just an association, it is a support system.
BOMA OC is comprised of nearly 400 members in the real estate industry including commercial property owners, managers, developers, engineers, attorneys, CPA’s and many more.
Membership Benefits
Why you should have more than one representative join as a member?
Only member representatives can participate in BOMA OC activities at low member rates and on committees. Employees of a corporation not individually registered as member representatives are not eligible for all services, special member prices and other benefits.
BOMA OC offers three types of membership: Principal, Associate and Professional. Membership is also available to current students and recent graduates of a university.
PRINCIPAL MEMBERSHIP
Principal Members shall include individuals of a real estate entity (individual, firm or corporation that owns, manages, leases or acts as a brokerage agent) within the commercial real estate and/or related industry.
Your membership application and business, products & services listing must be submitted with full payment to be approved by the Board.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP*
Associate Members shall include individuals whose company is a provider of products and/or services of /to the commercial real estate and/or related industry.
Your membership application and business, products & services listing must be submitted with full payment to be approved by the Board.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP*
Professional Members shall include individuals whose company provides legal, accounting, engineering, appraisal, tax consulting services, etc. to the commercial real estate and/or related industry. (E.g. a member of the company holds a professional license.)
Your membership application and business, products & services listing must be submitted with full payment to be approved by the Board.
OUTREACH PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP
BOMA OC sponsors a select number of young professionals (current university students or graduates) memberships, including luncheon and education seminar fees.
Your membership application must be submitted by October 1st annually.

* Please note, per the BOMA OC Bylaws, the Association is required to maintain a Principal to Associate and Professional Membership ratio of no less than 51%. The limit has been reached. Therefore, we must place all Associate and/or Professional Membership applications on our waitlist at this time.
