*WAITLIST INFORMATION

Prospective membership applications are reviewed in chronological order (first come, first serve basis).

However, per the Building Owners and Managers Association of Orange County (herein referred to as the “Association”) Bylaws, the Association is required to maintain a Principal to Allied Membership ratio of no less than 51%.  If this limit is reached, Allied Membership applications must be placed on a waitlist.

In order for an opening to occur for a new Allied Member, a new Principal Member must join.  However, a new Allied Member applicant who recruits a new Principal Member may be accepted as a member upon the acceptance of their Principal Member recruit.

Both the Allied and the Principal Members’ applications; business, products and services listing; and payments must be submitted concurrently.  Additionally, the Principal Member applicant must specify the Allied Member applicant’s referral on their membership application.  Payment for the Principal Membership must come directly from the Principal Member applicant.

Upon approval by the Association’s Board of Directors, the Allied applicant will receive written communication confirming acceptance into the Association.
