ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We are in a unique time in the history of this country when investors are looking for new talent and are open to new ideas. To meet these challenges, new companies are forming. These companies will be the leaders during the next cycle. Women have made great strides in the CRE world. The natural progression would be for women to join the ranks of the developers, institutional property owners and owners of support providers. There are opportunities for women to garner the support of the institutional investment community and governmental agencies to start their own companies in the commercial real estate world in both an ownership and support role. This seminar will provide insights into this world.
