WHO ARE BOMA MEMBERS?

Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) members are building owners, managers, developers, leasing professionals, medical office building managers, corporate facility managers, asset managers, and the providers of the products and services needed to operate commercial properties.

 

Collectively, BOMA members own or manage more than nine billion square feet of office space, which represents more than 80 percent of the prime office space in North America! More than 80 percent of individual members have annual operating budgets exceeding $1 million, while more than 75 percent of individual members are responsible for multiple buildings.

 

BOMA provides a network forum for industry professionals to discuss mutual problems, exchange ideas and share experience and knowledge. BOMA also offers comprehensive industry research and office building performance data and publications, products and services to assist the owners and managers. The lobbying effort of BOMA effectively advances the interests of the commercial real estate industry. We keep you informed!

The mission of BOMA Orange County (BOMA OC) is to enhance the human, intellectual and physical assets of the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, education, information exchange and professional alliances.

 

BOMA OC was founded in 1982 to meet the needs of owners, managers, providers of goods and services to the commercial real estate marketplace, to help them better serve tenants and the community they live in. It has evolved into a leading commercial real estate organization that stays on the cutting edge.
